KonexaTX is a DBA of The Ram Fam Inc, a Texas-based business providing digital automation services to local businesses. Our mailing address and primary place of business is in Smith County, Texas. You can reach us at hello@konexatx.com.
We offer three monthly automation plans:
Your selected plan will be confirmed in writing at enrollment. A one-time setup fee applies per plan (Essentials $50, Starter $150, Growth $300). No contract — all plans are month-to-month. Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We also offer website services as a separate project — not bundled into any monthly plan:
Monthly fees are charged in advance on the same date each month to your payment method on file. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
We do not issue refunds for services already rendered.
This agreement renews automatically each month. Either party may cancel at any time.

Once we receive all required access, we will have your automations live within 2 business days.
You own your domain, logo, original images, business information, and the final website content and completed design we build for you. KonexaTX builds and manages your website while your service is active and will provide reasonable assistance with transferring eligible assets if you cancel. Rebuilding, migrating, or transferring your website to another platform may require an additional fee.
KonexaTX retains ownership of its underlying systems, automation workflows, templates, software configurations, and proprietary tooling. While your agreement is active, you have a limited license to use these systems for your business. Upon cancellation, that license ends. You may not copy, replicate, or redistribute KonexaTX-built workflows or system designs without written permission.
KonexaTX's total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 30 days before any claim. We are not liable for lost profits, missed leads, or indirect damages.
We do not guarantee specific results — lead counts, review volumes, or revenue increases depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, your responsiveness, and your market.
You agree to indemnify and hold KonexaTX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your communications with your customers, any TCPA violations on your part, or inaccurate information you provided to us.
KonexaTX is not liable for service interruptions caused by outages or changes to third-party platforms we rely on — including Google, Twilio, Zapier, or other automation platforms. We will notify you promptly of any such event and restore service as quickly as possible.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during and for 2 years following the end of this agreement. This includes pricing, client lists, workflows, and business strategies. KonexaTX will never sell your customer data.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, disputes go to non-binding mediation (costs split equally) before litigation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any unresolved disputes will be handled in Smith County, Texas.
Your monthly plan includes normal phone, text, and email usage associated with the included automations. Phone calls, text messages, and certain email services generate usage costs that KonexaTX absorbs within normal operating levels.
Unusually high usage — including mass marketing campaigns, large-volume messaging, additional phone numbers, or activity significantly above typical business use — may result in additional charges. KonexaTX will notify you in advance before applying any overage fees.
Following cancellation, KonexaTX will retain accessible customer account data for up to 30 days to permit a reasonable export or transition. During that period, you may request an export of eligible data or arrange a transfer. Complex migration work may require an additional fee.
After 30 days, account access may be disabled and associated customer system data may be permanently deleted. KonexaTX may retain agreements, invoices, and records required for legal, tax, security, or accounting purposes.
KonexaTX commits to professional setup, defined testing, clear communication, monthly reporting, reasonable monitoring, support within one business day, and honest effort to correct configuration problems.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, reviews, or revenue; uninterrupted service; perfect message delivery; or specific Google rankings. Results depend on your industry, your responsiveness, your market, and factors outside our control.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information, following up with leads, the quality of your services, your customer relationships, obtaining any legally required communication consent from your customers, and complying with applicable laws including the TCPA.
